Entries can be made by downloading the entry form in zipped Word format and sending a printed version by post along with the entry fee, or provisionally by filling in the following online form. Please note that payment must be made with an accompanying follow-up letter quoting at least name and address, PNUM if known, and date of sending of the online form.
